FAQ's

When we receive your New Employee Form from your school district, we will send you a Welcome Email containing directions on how to register your account.
Start by logging onto SmartFind Express and following the steps after clicking 'Create Absence'

When you log into SmartFind Express it will show you a list of your absences. Click on the desired absence you would like to change or cancel. 

*Keep in mind, you cannot change or cancel absences if they are within 2 hours of the scheduled time. For canceling these, you will need to reach out to the help desk or your secretary.

If you classification has changed please fill out the or call us to have it changed.

*If there are any absences made prior to changing your class, they will need to be remade.
