When we receive your New Substitute Form from your school district's office, we will send you a Welcome Email containing directions on how to register your account.
On the SmartFind Express website there is a link for you to reset your password under the password box.
You can change your phone call preferences by going to your SmartFind Express settings.
Check your account to make sure your callback number is correct and your substitute permit is not expired.
If you are a returning substitute, please make sure you have turned in your summer update form and an updated substitute permit.
Visit the Licensing Verification and Information System website, sign into your account and follow the directions on the renewal process.
